14-Day Right of Withdrawal

At VEGANS FOR LOVE™, you can return your footwear within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

This right also applies to discounted items, promotional offers and our final collection.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply email store@vegansforlove.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your decision to cancel the purchase. Please include your order number to help us identify your purchase.

You must send the products back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

You may try on your footwear indoors, as you would in a physical shop, to check the size, fit and comfort.

Please handle the products carefully and, whenever possible, return them with their original packaging and accessories.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products. This does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products to Portugal.

Please use a reliable shipping service, preferably with tracking, and pack the footwear securely.

Refunds

We will refund the payments due under your statutory right of withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If you cancel your entire order, your refund will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for premium delivery services, if selected, are not refundable.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or model, please contact us.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. As our collection is limited, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size or model will remain available.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at store@vegansforlove.com.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the matter more quickly.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods remain fully protected, including when the product was purchased at a reduced price.

Where legally required, we will cover the reasonable costs of returning faulty or incorrect products.
