Influencer Program Terms and Conditions

Guidelines for the VEGANS FOR LOVE™ Influencer Program

By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a fair and successful partnership for everyone involved.

Eligibility

Participation Requirements:

  • Influencers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Applicants must have an active and engaged audience on social media, blogs, or other platforms.
  • Content shared must align with our brand values of Animal Rights, Veganism and kindness.

Approval Process:

  • All applications are subject to review and approval by VEGANS FOR LOVE™ / GLOBAL NATION INVESTIMENTOS LDA..
  • We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet our standards or align with our mission.

Program Rules

Referral Links and Codes:

  • Influencers will receive a unique referral link or code upon approval.
  • Only sales made through these links or codes will be eligible for commission.

Prohibited Content:

  • Content promoting hate, discrimination, violence, or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Influencers must not engage in false advertising or make misleading claims about our products.

Compliance:

  • Influencers must comply with applicable advertising laws and disclosure requirements (e.g., clearly stating when a post is sponsored or includes an affiliate link).

Commission and Payments

Earnings:

  • Influencers will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their referral links or codes.
  • The commission rate will be specified upon approval into the program.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments will be processed within 30 days of the end of the month.

Returns and Cancellations:

Trademark Use:

  • Influencers may use VEGANS FOR LOVE™ logos, images, and trademarks provided by us, strictly for promotional purposes.

Termination

Program Termination:

  • VEGANS FOR LOVE™ / GLOBAL NATION INVESTIMENTOS LDA reserves the right to terminate the program or an individual’s participation at any time for breach of these terms or other reasons.
  • Influencers may opt out of the program at any time by notifying us via email.

Legal Disclaimer

Liability:

  • VEGANS FOR LOVE™ / GLOBAL NATION INVESTIMENTOS LDA is not responsible for any issues arising from the misuse of referral links, unauthorized content, or violations of these terms.

Program Changes:

  • VEGANS FOR LOVE™ / GLOBAL NATION INVESTIMENTOS LDA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Influencers will be notified of significant changes.
